Get Involved

Become a volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of any successful Non-Profit Organisation. The SSF rely heavily on the services and skills offered by volunteers. We pride ourselves by providing opportunities to stroke survivors to assist with their rehab and reintegration back into a work environment, and also provide empathy and understand the challenges one faces post-stroke.

There are numerous ways to volunteer your skill and/or services to the SSF, such as:

  • Administration – either with support groups or head office
  • Assistance with transport
  • Awareness and Advocacy events
  • Fundraising events
  • Therapists – support groups to assist with exercises and activities

Donations and Fundraising

The Stroke Survivors Foundation receives ZERO government funding and therefore we rely on the public’s social responsibility and benevolence.

All volunteers and beneficiaries of our services thank you for your donation and patronage. Any and all contribution are greatly appreciated, especially in this tough economic climate whereby your contributions are utilize to further The Stroke Survivors Foundations mission and objectives.
